Company One on One Client and Private Coaching Policies

This policy give additional clarity to the One on One Client Coaching Agreement.

Contact policies:

Your contact person for Susan Hill Productions is Susan Hill.  Her schedule is from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. She communicates by email and phone calls only.  Please do not text or Facebook message or any other message service to communicate with her.

Email policies:

Please allow up to two business days for a response by email, but she will get back as quickly as possible. For feedback on documents, please include all feedback in a one email, rather than additional emails for simplicity, to facilitate effective correspondences


Call Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Forfeiture:

Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a session. You will lose (and not gain the time back) your call if less notice is given. You understand that you are investing in Sue’s time when you book a session; if you are late or do not show up, she has still set aside her time for you, and therefore you must pay her for it whether you show up or not.

To reschedule or cancel an existing appointment session, please call us at (747)333-7324 or email Rescheduled sessions may not extend past the last date of your program, as stated in your  agreement (typically 180 days unless stated otherwise). Calls not booked during the period of your agreement are lost (forfeited).

Time Off Policy:

The Company is closed on weekends and for holidays.

REFUND POLICY: Susan Hill Productions appreciates and values all our customers. As a show of our appreciation, we are happy to offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for digital products to our valued customers to better help them discover if a digital product will work for them. Multiple refunds requested by the same customer within 90 days will not be accepted. Should we notice a pattern of excessive purchases and returns, we reserve the right to remove such person(s) from our mailing list, block future purchases, and/or deny future refunds.  Additionally, all requests for refunds should be submitted within the 30-day or 7-day guarantee period. All program services of multiple sessions are issued a one week refund period. If at the end of seven days you are unhappy you may get a full refund minus $50 for transactional costs. There are no refunds for individual sessions. If you book a session and pay for it but decide you don't want it later you can use the store credit another time. We appreciate and thank all our customers for understanding and respecting this guarantee.


For payment plans, you will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges. We will attempt to charge a declined card every three days up to 3 attempts. After that you will need to make other arrangements to make your payment within 5 days.  If you do not make your payment, your program will be put on hold until the arrears are caught up.  If you are later than 5 days in making your payment, then late fees may be applied at the Company’s discretion.

Billing Disputes:

In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with the Company prior to initiating a chargeback.

Refund Policy:

By law, you have 3 days to change your mind about working with Sue and get a full refund. After that, there's no turning back and no refunds because we are fully committed to the process of working through whatever comes up together to achieve the results you desire.

One-on-one Coaching and Consulting:

Sessions will be done on zoom video conference or telephone. Both of these are  based in the United States, and for international clients their system may have local phone numbers available.  There is no guarantee that they will have a local phone number for you.  Instructions will be provided.  

Scheduling Your Session:

Your appointment must be scheduled using Susan Hill’s online scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours. However, if you cannot find a time that works with her availability, then be sure to communicate that with her and she will try to accommodate you.  There is no guarantee that she will be able to do so.  

Waiting List Protocols:

Sometimes, Sue’s schedule can fill up  several weeks in advance.  We keep a list for clients looking to take a spot  when one opens, but there is no guarantee that any spots will be available.  

First, schedule the earliest available time that works for your schedule and then let Sue know that you’d like to be placed on her waiting list.  If something does open up sooner, she will notify you. If you do not respond within 5 hours to take the new time, she will move on to the next person on her list, and so forth.  

Complete Your Homework for Your Session:

Fill out the Interspecies Relationship Questionnaires, one for you and one for each animal(s) you'd like Sue to work with. Return them to Sue on email at least two two days prior to your session.  Instructions are on the forms. Click here:  

Also send pictures of your animal(s) to her so Susan can get a good look at your beautiful pet.
